Young’s has extended its Chip Shop retail range of products into foodservice.
The range includes Chip Shop Medium Battered White Fish Fillets, 125g portion skinless and boneless Alaska Pollock fillets coated in a chip shop style batter. Available in case sizes of 24, the fillets can be deep fried straight from the freezer in just seven minutes at 180°C.
Also available are haddock and cod fillets in small, medium and large, as well as Jumbo Battered Fish Fingers.
Adrian Greaves, foodservice director at Young’s Foodservice, comments: “We wanted to offer operators a quick and easy to prepare choice of authentic tasting, chip shop style fillets and with our Chip Shop range we feel confident that we have achieved this.
