Instant parsley liquor is the perfect pie accompaniment



Handmade pie manufacturer Goddard’s has launched an instant parsley liquor, providing an authentic accompaniment to its products.


The powdered liquor gravy mix was over six months in development to ensure it tastes as close as possible to the company’s freshly made parsley liquor.

Packed in 4kg tubs — yielding approximately 200 servings — and 20kg bags, Goddard’s dry mix can be made in an instant, saving time and adding convenience  for busy takeaways and restaurants. What’s more, it costs less than fresh liquor and, with a long 12 month ambient shelf life, results in less wastage and frees up valuable space in a fridge or freezer as there is no need to hold chilled or frozen stock.

“This is an innovation within the pie and mash market that should allow many other food outlets far and wide to now offer this iconic London dish,” says Sean Horton, director at Goddard’s Pies.
