KFE Open Day - Sunday 5th March

KFE
is holding its first Open Day of 2017 this Sunday (5th March), enabling fish and chip shop owners to try out its frying range, learn new skills and meet key industry suppliers.

Kicking off at 11am at its premises in Peterborough, the free event will see demonstrations take place throughout the day from its expert trainers, all National Fish & Chip Shop of The Year winners. These include Nigel Hodgson who will be demonstrating how to make homemade fish cakes, mix the perfect batter and Drywite potatoes. Gordon Hillan, meanwhile, will be behind the Kiremko high efficiency range showing friers oil management, filtration and frying techniques.

The KFE sales team will also be on hand to discuss how a new Kiremko or Perfecta range can improve business, plus there will be an opportunity for attendees to fry on the range themselves, check out its new Kiremko flat bottom chip pan and view the 3 pan Kiremko island range on sale in the showroom.

Representatives from Kerry Foods, T.Quality, Drywite and Portman Finance will also be available to discuss offers and promotions.

Call KFE on 01778 380448 or email sales@kfeltd.co.uk to book a free place.
