The Tuna carpaccio, perfect when served with lemon or vinegar is supplied frozen in 10 x 80g portions to a pack. Just thaw, garnish and serve.
The Scotch whisky cured cold smoked salmon portion is a twist on the classic smoked salmon, and is boneless, to save on prep time. Served with the skin still on for that ‘just caught’ appearance, the 140-170g portion is individually frozen, 10 to a pack, to minimise waste.
