A new Dawn for dessert mixes

For fish and chip shops wanting to whip up a variety of delicious desserts for customes to eat in or takeaway, Dawn Foods has launched a range of Mousse and Crème Dessert Mixes.

Made using all natural flavours, the seven mixes include consumers’ favourite mousse variety, chocolate, as well as fruits of the forest, raspberry and strawberry and can be used to make a whole range of desserts from a classic chocolate mousse to a fruity trifle and a creamy panna cotta to a smooth tart filling.

All friers need to do is simply mix with cream or milk before portioning and refrigerating, providing a quick and easy way to enhance your dessert offering without having to buy in lots of additional ingredients. What’s more, finished products are freeze/thaw stable enabling desserts to be made in advance and thawed as required – saving time and minimising wastage.

All the fruit variants include real fruit pieces for added visual appeal and each mix is available in 2.5kg bags.
