Gelato made easy with Carpigiani

Ideal for operators currently serving manufactured ice cream but who are looking to produce homemade gelato is the new Carpigiani Ready.

Featuring the very latest in hot and cold technology, the Ready is able to pasteurise up to a maximum temperature of 90°C, rapidly cool and churn using the latest beater design at the press of a button. This space efficient design ensures operators can achieve an outstanding product from the single machine, while an hourly capacity of up to 60 litres of finished product means it can handle peaks in demand.

Fully automated, the operator simply selects the programme to suit their mix, adds the necessary ingredients and upon completion, the Ready alerts the operator with audible beeps that the gelato is ready.
