Frymax has launched an Information Sheet to assist friers in extending the life of the frying medium during the winter months.
The combination of increased starch and sugar levels due to the cold weather, plus the seasonal lower level of business, can cause oil to deteriorate more quickly. Award winning frier Nigel Hodgson has assisted Frymax in the production of the leaflet in which Nigel gives his top ten tips to help prevent oil deterioration.
Launching the leaflet, Andrew Marriott, brand and marketing manager for Frymax, said: “We are aware of the challenges faced by friers during the winter months and we hope that these tips will help friers to extend the life of their oil.”
