Cookies and cream dessert is easy as pie



Appeal to your customers’ sweet tooth with the new Cookies and Cream Pie from American and Tex-Mex food specialists, Funnybones Foodservice.


Featuring a rich, chocolate cookie dough pastry base with a chocolate “ganache” style layer, the pie is topped with a mascarpone cheesecake, American-style chocolate cookies, milk chocolate chunks and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

Pre-portioned with 14 slices per pie for convenience and accurate portion control, the pie simply requires defrosting in the fridge for three hours beforehand and will then keep for 48 hours.
