The Drury Tea and Coffee Company has teamed up with a local brewery to produce three new tea and coffee flavoured beers.
Following its recent factory move to the Royal Arsenal Riverside development at Woolwich, South East London, Drury approached its new neighbour on the estate, Hop Stuff, to float the idea of tea and coffee flavoured beers. The response is three distinct and different styles of beer.
Jasmine Pale Ale is a light malt bill flavoured with citrus hops and jasmine green tea, while Finca San Pablo Oatmeal Stout combines Finca San Pablo Colombian single origin coffee with British malt and hops to create an oaty roast base.
Finally, Lapsang Souchong Smoked Brown Ale is described as a truly weird and wonderful concoction, combining smoke and peated whiskey aromas with earthy and subtly spicy hops for a special winter warmer.
