With a load capacity of 50lb (22.5kg), the vacuum process increases marinade absorption for an improved product. And while cycle times depend on the strength of marinading/quantity of product, friers can expect to reduce a 24 hour refrigerated marinade down to as little as half an hour.
Featuring an ergonomic design with assisted lift, the vacuum tumbler also comprises a removable drum for easy cleaning between cycles.
