Président Proféssionnel Whipping Cream 35% is said to offer the same texture and flavour as fresh cream but can be stored ambiently and needs only to be chilled once opened. What’s more, it offers a high yield once whipped and maintains its consistency and appearance even after 48 hours refrigeration.
In a recent independent taste test carried out by The Oxford School of Hospitality, over half of people questioned thought they were eating fresh cream – when the desserts they had eaten had actually been made using Président Proféssionnel Whipping Cream 35%.
The whipping cream contains 35% fat and is available in 6x1 litre cartons.
