Yorkshire-based Bannisters’ Farm has added a new variety of roast potatoes to its frozen range.
Farmer’s Roasting Potatoes have been left in their skin, cooked, seasoned and shaken with oil, before being frozen to lock in flavour and nutrients, which means friers simply need to finish them off in the oven, eliminating the hours of preparation and cooking typically required.
In contrast to other types of roast potatoes on the market, Farmer’s Roasting Potatoes have not been pre-fried, coated or battered at any point, which makes them suitable for diners with gluten-free or dairy-free dietary requirements. They are supplied in cases of 4 × 2.5kg.
