Smokin’ offer from M&J



Fresh smoked cod loins are the latest catch exclusive to the M&J Seafood range.


The skin on, boneless cod loins are sourced from Norwegian line-caught fish which are smoked slowly overnight in traditional Grimsby brick smokehouses to impart a full and distinctive flavour. This traditional smoking method also helps to retain moisture and reduces shrinkage during cooking.

With no artificial colours or flavours, the 170-210g (6-7oz) loins are ideal for grilling, pan frying or steaming, taking on flavours that will enhance the large, succulent flakes of pure white cod. Extremely versatile, they are also tasty coated in batter and served with chips! The fresh product has a six-day shelf life once opened.
