Whip up more cream with Carpigiani improvements

has improved its countertop MiniWip machine enabling it to produce an increased volume of real, fresh whipped cream topping for a range of puddings and beverages.

Featuring the latest internal parts, the MiniWip turns 1 litre of fresh cream into 3 litres of whipped cream, which can be dispensed in variable portions or continuously, controlled by a simple push button.

The unit, which measures just 22 × 52 × 45cm (w/d/h), is suitable for all types of animal and vegetable creams and features a direct-cooling tank to store liquid cream at a constant temperature of 4°C.
