Cook ten times faster with hybrid oven



A new oven from Jestic Foodservice Equipment claims to bake, fry and cook up to 10 times faster than conventional models.


Atollspeed AS300T is an advanced hybrid oven that combines hot air impingement and microwave heating technology to cook a wide variety of products at rapid speeds.

Featuring an advanced touchscreen that can store up to 100 programmes, the oven includes a USB port for transferring simple data. Boasting a small footprint at 570mm (L) x 700mm (W), the oven can be double stacked for maximum production in minimum space enabling smaller establishments to bring their kitchens up to date with the latest cooking technology.

The Atollspeed also features a hygienic baking chamber for quick and simple cleaning, a cool down mode for rapid changes of cooking temperatures and excellent insulation.

Said to use minimal electricity, the oven operates on single phase power so that it can be used anywhere.

Supplied exclusively by Jestic Foodservice Equipment, friers are invited to trial the oven at its test kitchen in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
