Britvic Soft Drinks is putting some extra fizz into the fruit carbonates category this summer with the launch of Tango AARGH, a limited edition citrus variant.
Available until the end of the year, it is Tango’s first limited edition flavour and will sit alongside its orange, apple and cherry drinks.
The launch is backed by a consumer focused PR and marketing campaign as well as a range of instore POS including wobblers and posters, all of which see the return of the ‘Aargh’! Man who was launched last year.
Fruit carbonates now enjoy a 7.4% share of the Soft Drinks category and with consumers demanding more exotic flavours, its makers believe it’s the perfect time to help stimulate sales this summer.
Tango ARRGH Citrus is available in 2l, 600ml, 330ml and 6×330ml in both non and price-marked-packs (49p cans and 99p 600ml bottles).
