A new range of height adjustable salamanders from Pantheon can cook, brown, reheat, hold and finish a variety of food.
With a choice of cooking heights (adjustable up to 140mm) and a temperature range of between 50°C and 300°C, chefs have control over heat intensity and heat distribution. This brings the added benefits of significant energy saving and a cooler kitchen as heat is far more focused than with a static salamander.
The plug-in unit comes in two size and features simple to use, manual controls and removable drip tray and grille for ease of cleaning.
