Tiramisu, panna cotta, crème brulee and a host of cheesecakes can all be made in minutes with the new dessert range from Galbani and Président.
Designed to help friers reduce their prep-time, the products are available in ready-to-use ambient mixes which take around six minutes to make and as little as two hours to set.
Made from 65% Mascarpone, Galbani Tiramisu au Mascarpone offers a light and creamy tasting dessert than can be served on its own, while Galbani Panna Cotta can be served with a range of accompaniments such as fruit coulis and cream liqueurs.
Président Crème Brulee is available in two options – vanilla and salted butter caramel – while Président Cheesecake Preparation, which comprises 60% cream cheese and mixes in just two to four minutes, can be used as the base to build a variety of cheesecake flavours.
