Ice cream machine whips up a storm at Fry show

Equipment supplier Gene Curry Pub and Bar Equipment will be unveiling its new high volume, space saving ice cream and milkshake machine at next month’s Fish Frying & Fast Food Show.

The Nissei Combi NA 3348 is said to be the most compact, slimline free-standing combi machine on the market. Yet what it lacks in size, it makes up for in output by producing 400 portions of soft serve ice cream per hour. In addition, it can produce five varieties of milkshakes, which offer excellent profit opportunities. A 12 oz milkshake, for example, which costs just 30p to make, can sell for £2.00 equating to a mark up of over 600%.

Featuring a mixer on the side to hold toppings such as Smarties, Maltesers and Buttons, customers can create endless variations of ice creams, allowing friers to maximise their profits further.

Ideal for sites that have high demand for ice creams and milkshakes, the machine is pedal operated, is self pasteurising and only needs to be cleaned every six weeks.

See the brand new machine in action at the Fish Frying & Fast Food Show held at Sandown Park Racecourse in Surrey on Sunday 13th and Monday 14th October 2013. Entry to the show is free by filling out a registration form on the door.
