Dinkum Products has revised the recipe of its Cappuccino Cool iced coffee drink to give it a further use and help friers cash in on the increased demand for coffee flavoured beverages.
The product, which in the past has either been blended with milk for a cool coffee or with ice for a frappe, can now be used to create a premium thickshake.
Friers simply blend Cappuccino Cool with milk using Dinkum’s mixing system and serve it in the company’s Shmoo branded cups to give a cappuccino tasting thickshake.
New point of sale material is available to support the revised recipe and its new use.
