Satisfying the growing demand for speciality drinks is Iglooh, a base mix that can be used to make a multitude of cold and iced drinks from Dinkum.
Used with Dinkum’s Drinks Mixer, friers simply add Iglooh to milk plus any flavoured syrup, sauce, puree or flavoured ice cream to create an endless range of milkshakes. Alternatively, it can be used in a commercial drinks blender for making milkshake frappes, coffee frappes and fruit smoothies.
Formulated using natural sugars and milk ingredients, Iglooh has a low fat content, is free from artificial sweeteners and preservatives and suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs.
Available in 2kg tubs offering around 100 16fl oz servings, it comes with branded paper cups and lids as well as recipe cards.
