Brighten up your winter dessert menu with New Forest Ice Cream’s Oriental Ginger flavour.


Part of the company’s continental range containing over 20 other unusual flavours, Oriental Ginger is made with pieces of real stem ginger. Using a traditional recipe, the ice cream is also made without eggs, is gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians.

Adding the new flavour to a menu will introduce a whole new dimension especially when used as an accompaniment to other desserts such as lemon or lime tart, says Christina Veal, director of New Forest Ice Cream.

“The use of real stem ginger in the recipe rather than crystallised pieces has created a smooth, syrupy taste and texture that allows the real ginger flavour to shine through," she comments.

Oriental Ginger is available in 4.5 litre tubs.
