Multi-cook oven promises no cross contamination

has introduced what it says is the only multi-cook oven which can cook a variety of food without any cross-contamination.

Vector from Alto-Shaam features individual chambers giving operators control over temperature, fan speed and cook time so as different foods can be cooked in the same oven, at the same time, with absolute safety.

Ideal for outlets that want to branch out into vegan or gluten free food, for example,  the Vector multi cook oven features a touchscreen and is available in three versions, offering a choice of two, three or four cooking chambers.  All are countertop units built to a compact footprint of just 533mm wide by 993mm deep. List prices for the Vector oven start from £13,250.
