Electric fryer perfect for small portions

Ideal for producing individual portions or small batches of fried foods is the new E9342 electric fryer from Falcon Foodservice.

Part of the F900 cookline series, it has two 7.5 litre pans, each with their own controls, which means in quiet times means one can be turned off, reducing running costs. Pans can also be drained individually, therefore if the oil in one pan is still in good condition, it needn’t be wasted.

The two 7.5kW elements give rapid heat up times of just four minutes from cold to frying, while an Eco setting reduces power consumption during pre-heating and a fast-acting safety thermostat on each pan switches the fryer off if oil gets too hot to protect oil quality and lengthening its life.

Four models are available, single drain and two drain buckets with and without filtration.

The E9432 fryers have list prices starting from £5,500 and are backed by a 12 month warranty.
