Grease trap system has FOGs in the bag



Grease management specialist Goodflo has introduced a simple, effective and hygienic solution for disposing of fats, oils and grease (FOG) down kitchen sinks with the G-Bag grease trap system.


Sitting underneath or near the sink, the system traps FOGs and food particles and retains them in a sealed plastic liner,  allowing only clean water to flow through. This prevents FOG build-up in pipework and subsequently prevents drain blockages, foul odours and potential pest infestation.

Low maintenance, the unit is simply disconnected from the pipework when full, the sealed plastic liner is lifted out and a new one put in its place. This enables staff to empty a grease trap without coming into contact with the waste material or risking cross contamination in food areas.

The G-Bag is available in 40 litre models upwards and shops have the option of taking out a service contract whereby a member of the Goodflo team will replace the G-Bag, dispose of the waste and provide the necessary legal and environmental compliance documents.
