Add an American flavour with Southern Style Gravy



Fish and chip shops wanting to take advantage of the ever-growing demand for American-inspired dishes can now do so with the introduction of Mayflower Southern Style Gravy Mix.


Already popular in retail, the gravy mix is available for the first time to fish and chip shops, adding a flavour of the American deep-south to dishes such as chicken and chips. Said to be completely unique, the gravy has taken its creators, King Asia Foods, years of development and perfect the right flavour and consistency.

Quick and easy to prepare, the ambient sauce is simply mixed with water and left to simmer for two minutes. It is available in a 4.54kg bucket size and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. With only 3.5 syns per portion, the gravy has also proved popular with Slimming World followers.
